At Scent Split, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey; however, due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened full-size bottles within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a full-sized bottle in its original, factory-sealed cellophane wrapping; please note that hand-decanted samples and discovery sets are final sale.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged upon arrival.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a tracked shipping method; once our team inspects the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a restocking fee.
